Faulty Laptop delivered and I am still paying off!

My husband Riaan Swanepoel has received a laptop via courier which nobody has signed for, and is paying an instalment of R358 per month. From day one the laptop was defective, certain keys on keyboard not working, when contacting FNB, (after only days having the laptop) their attitude was: contact Acer. Now Acer is situated in Midrand, so my husband has to go to Midrand to solve his problem. Now the LCD on the laptop has cracked for no reason whatsoever, in the left hand corner and still no happiness from FNB who supplied my with this piece of.

Kindly see whether this can be resolved. I think it is utterly unproffessional from FNB to leave their clients on their own with a product they have supplied. Why should my husband leave the comfort of his home to go to Midrand, after they hand delivered this product to my door and he was charged therefor.
