Dissapointed

I have been using wonga since june 2012. always paid them on time and at times paid them sooner than the due date. i have applied for a loan and now i am being declined. after all this time and in the new year, when most of us can do with some extra money. i dont know why but this was very dissapointed as i always rely on them for the final help.
