Discrimination - FNB doesn't want me as a client

Visited FNB to try to open a low cost transmission account along with a credit card facility. As my requirements were for a simple banking facility to manage and facilitate payments of my household expenses, I wasn't looking for a premium high cost product (offering unneccessary/unwanted facilities). Both my wife and I have personal bank accounts at FNB's competitors and would've considered migrating both across had the FNB product and service worked out. However, after wasting my time for an hour in the branch, I was eventually told that as I was a "high income" earner, they could only offer me RMB private banking services and wouldn't be able to assist me with anything less. So in summary, FNB don't want our business, which makes our decision as to who to bank with easy, not FNB... ever?
