I SEND AN EMAIL TO HOLLARD LEGAL ON 23/082013, REQUEST THAT THEY WILL ASSIST ME WITH A LEGAL MATTER, LENAY CALLED BACK THE SAME DAY AND I WAS TOLD SHE WILL LOOK AT THE EMAIL ON MONDAY ONCE SHE READ THE EMAIL.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FEEDBACK AND DECIDED TO CALL BACK, IT WAS EITHER WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY, SHE THEN TOLD ME SHE WILL DRAW UP ALL THE DOCUMENTS FOR ME TO GO TO COURT AS THEY DON'T DEAL WITH MY MATTER, I MUST GO TO COURT BY MYSELF. BUT SHE WILL ONLY DO THAT ON MONDAY.
UP UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK, I MUST ALWAYS CALL AND FOLLOW UP IF I DO NOT CALL NOTHING IS DONE. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
I AM SO UTTERLY DISSAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE THAT I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY PLAN WITH THEM.

MY PREMIUM GOED THROUGH EVERY MONTH BUT WHEN I NEED THEIR ASSISTANCE THIS IS WHAT I GET,
VERY POOR SERVICE.
