African Bank
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

On Mon, the 2nd of Sep, I walked in to African bank Ellof branch and was assisted by Emily with a a loan and cr card application early in the morning. Gave her all the docs she had requested, including my employer confirmation letter, as advised by her I qualified and the funds would be paid into my bank a.c. later that day... I waited, made follow ups with the call centre from Mon to today (Wed) and was finally advised that the loan was rejected because she had not submitted my docs to some department, needless to say that yesterday Trevor, her manager would get back to me regarding the application. I am still awaiting any form of communication regarding that...
Highly disappointed as I URGENTLY needed the funds. Hope this can be resolved.
