Double debit

My installment went off 18/12/2012. they called me 05/01/2013 and said it reversed. i went to the bank and got statements and proof that it did go off. i called accounts and spoke to emanual who is a supervisor. and faxxed proof to him and he acnollege he got it. this month they double debitted me. extra R2560.00.

i want arefund and sort this out.
