No feedback yet from my on my card

Credit card department said that it will take 21working days to complete the investigation. No one has contacted me yet as the due date has expired.
Also my private banker Patrick Ndebele has made sure when i left the country on holiday that they will look out for any on my card and still my card was used a week after i was back in the country at an airport.

I need the money back in my account asap and need feedback.
Seriously have problems with Standard banks service - look at all my hellopeter complaints - it falls on death ears.
