I would like to complain about the incorrect information received when I took my insurance which was underwritten by one call insurance. I was initially told by Jarred Correia (One call insurance) that my insurance premium for my 2013 Volkswagen Polo Vivo 1.4 would be R790.12 which includes a premium for my tracker. When reviewing my bank statement for August 2013 I was shocked to see that my insurance was R790.12 and a seperate amount was debited from Car Track for my tracker. This was not what I was advised upon! Telephone calls can be reviewed where Jarred advised me about the prices. I did contact Affinity underwriters who said that one call insurance had made a mistake and nothing can be done as I have already entered into and signed the contract. I do believe when Affinity underwriters called me for acceptance of the insurance I did enquire of the payments. I am utterly disappointed at this as I have set aside my budget for this car, and now ive been thrown out my budget.
