Daron was the appointed agent for my claim when my daughter accidentally damaged her iPad. Although the common practice in South Africa is to repair damaged iPads Daron understood that this practice is in fact contrary to Apple's policy and would invalidate all other associated Apple warranties so he organised that the unit was replaced rather than repaired thereby ensuring that my unit remains covered by Apple's applicable warranties. Daron also made sure that I was completely updated throughout the process and he ensured that the claim was resolved swiftly and completely (in fact within 24 hours). Daron was not only pleasant and courteous in his manner but also incredibly helpful, going the extra yard to ensure that my needs were met and that I understood each stage of the process fully. Daron was a credit to his company which in turn meant that the insurance company that Telesure were representing (in this case Auto and General) were also represented to the highest standard. Well done Daron and well done Telesure, great service and an excellent result. Congratulations.
