Absa bank not coming back to me

Hi, i would like to complain about absa bank that never come back to me, they confirm they have received my emails but nothing happens. I have tried phoning but still can not get info. All i want to know is the balance of my credit card so i can pay it off and close the account. They can not give me an exact amount so i paid most of it awaiting the balance -R300. I have been trying to get the balance for 3 months so i have decided to hellopeter them as that should get me my balance. Thanks
