Alexander Forbes Insurance
Useless... Absolutely Useless

I joined Alexander Forbes because I was told that they were better than OUtsurance with claims. WELL today is the second debit order coming off my account for Alexander Forbes and the amount is wrong AGAIN. Let me give you a brief background of my experience. Firstly they were more expensive than Outsurance by R200.00 but because they assured me it would be worth my while I decided to switch BIG MISTAKE. Secondly my first debit order comes off and its R120.00 more than its suppose to be and when I phone and enquire its because of some "security discount" that was revoked from my cover for no given reason. At this point I was quite irritated and therefore phoned in and wanted to speak to the team leader who was Tamara Leo, well after her whole little heart felt email apologizing and guaranteeing that I would be refunded the balance overcharged in a reduction from my premium this month, guess what! No reduction and the full pemium has been deducted again. The people at Alexander Forbes have a hearing disability and are unable to follow instructions. Stop promising and not delivering! I should have just stayed with Outsurance at least they got my premium right!
