STILL NO RESPONSE - 27 DAYS

I have made a complaint not too long ago, and FNB contacted me with lots of promises. That was more than a week ago and that's where it stopped.

It's been about a month since I first applied for the home loan, and to date nothing has happened. Does It really have to take this long???

NOT EVEN SURE HOW I FEEL ANYMORE.
