After contacting the call centre to relay the nature of my problem, I was directed to Danisile Nyaka who wasn't available and Nonkululeko else helped me on her behalf. I was promised a callback within an hour and nothing to date. How many times does one have to contact the call centre to have their issues resolved? The work done on my car especially the bonnet was shody, cheap material, bonnet can no longer close, missed worked and family engagement over the weekend as a result and I am completetly furious. I raised these matters a while back and an arrangmement was made for the car to be fixed, only a parf of the problem was fixed - being the sun visors. The bonnet material used is of such poor quality that one can see the remains of the fingers on the bonnet as a result of trying to close it or the car being pushed. I previously raised these issues, that following the hail repair the following no longer worked: alarm, boot back board string hook up broken, windscreen wanter spray on the drivers side - loose and not attached to the bonnet, door lockscan no longer manually be locked by the key, both driver and passenger support adjuster on the seat are no longer operational.
