Stranded without a handset!!!

My handset has undergone liquid damage and due to its detoriation I was forced to do an insurance claim. After a week of waiting I was informed that my handset was irreparable and needed to be replaced. Then it was one thing after another, no stock of the model I was insured for, then my alternative option the colour I requested was not available and after being stranded without a cell phone for 16 whole working days and despite delays, hiccups, Or miscommunications these guys still went against all odds to ensure that I received my new phone urgently!!! Despite my frustration and desperation Porch Sithole and especially Kagiso Mashingo went the Extra Mile and made things happen... Keep up the Excellent Work guys and not matter what continue to Be the Difference that your Company needs Thanks :-)
