Very poor customer service Rude Superviso

I bought furniture on account through furniture city and automatically got it through African bank on receiving my 1st statement is showed that my installment is actually only a third of my payment as i pay more for the interest, insurance and service fee. this is ridiculous on querying this matter with a customer service consultant he could not help me so called his manager to come and assist with my query... instead of explaining the why all he could tell me was go and read your contract I can't help you???!!!??? how can someone like this be a supervisor or even work in a customer service department I am very very upset and the poor attitude of this supervisor all I needed was an explanation... now I sit still not sure now this all works and what I am actually paying fo
