Why is it that dealing with the at the face of the business, I have to "fax" my contract to resolve my dispute?? who has the original contract and why can't I access the dept and person responsible directly? I am SO sick and tired of dealing with incompetent corporate lines, that I now would rather "waste" money pursuing the legal route (recovering costs) to sort my issues out.
So, before I take this step I would like a "competent" person, preferably someone in their legal department to contact me. My contract number 3895948.
