FNB didnt action my request now I owe Absa

I went to a branch on 10th August and stood in that long que, finally I got a chance to see Matieho Mokheseng. I gave her my Absa statement with all my debits orders that need to be switched to FNB, I even highlighted them to make things easier for her, I gave her a date when this debit orders need to run through.

She didn't switch my debit orders, now I owe Absa and my credit history with Absa is bad.
I want FNB to take responsibility and pay for all unpaid charged that Absa charged me and emotional frustration that I had to go through.
I'm new with FNB and I'm fed up with their service
I called the call centre to action my request of switching and I gave them the date of the 26th, one consultant actioned one service provider and she/he changed the date from the 26th to 22nd. I just called them to stop everything, they messing with my emotions. Im only getting paid monthend, how am I going to paid on the 22nd? where am I going to get money from? I give up,
