PLEASE ASSIST

I applied for a loan of R6500.00 from SAMULTILOANS, the the account was handed to Coombee and i was garnised and paying R1600.00 x 34 = R54400.00, i have been trying to get a clear explanation of how did this happen, i am not getting a clear answer, when i call the offiec they promise to send the matter to SAmultiloan, i phoned SAmultiloan they cant assist as the account is with coome, can some one please give me a clear answer.
