Samsung Tablet offer through Credit Card

In January 2013 I decided to take up the offer of purchasing a Samsung ATIV tablet through Std Bank - with my Credit Card - over a 24 month period. From the moment I received the tablet I was dissatisfied. I have been in touch with Fiona at DG Store (the company handling the distribution) since January, advising of my concern and unhappiness. She even sent the Samsung Technical person to my home to assist. However I am not getting any satisfaction with the tablet. I have now asked whether I can rather get the iPad as a replacement, or give this back, forfeit the 8 months' I've paid (R250 per month) and rather cancel the agreement now. Fiona has said the bank has said no. What a frustration as the tablet is not being used and I am paying the monthly amount for nothing... Please please assist.
