Capietc to " Bank"

Pathetic service from Capitec Bank in Midrand Boulders. I have received this kind of service for the 2nd day in a row now. There are 7 cubicles/workstations but on 4 are in service with long queues. I waited for over 45 minutes without any assistance and I spoke to Jessica who had the nerve to tell me I must come back before 18:00pm. I lost out on a lucrative business deal because of this!!!

I will make sure that all my family, friends and colleagues know about this bad service and advice them not to bank with Capitec Bank. You should change your name to " BANK"!!!
