I applied for a loan 3 month ago and i want to settle it today and i called and i was told that i can receive the letter in 48hrs and if i want i must go straight to the bank and as always to get irritated staff to help and i was told the same thing, where is the customer service there and after 48 hrs i will be told the the amount has increased.
I need the settle before 5hoo today please someone out there must be able to assist me immediately.
