Poor Service to Loyal customers - Nedbank

After banking with Nedbank all my life, I apply for a bond. The application had been processed and I received feedback from them granting me 90% bond at a rate of 11.050% interest rate. I then appealed the rate and Nedbank responded with no change. They couldn't even provide a 100% bond even thou I bank with them!!! I am utterly disgusted with their feedback. Other banking institutes who I don't bank with is giving me a better interest rate!!! I am seriously thinking of changing my bank. My loyalty with Nedbank but they cant service their clients!!!
