Bought a Samsumg S3 Via Ebucks and cash in January 2013, Phone seized to charge. Took it to Vodacom and they told me to contact my supplier, FNB. FNB referred me to Their service Centre in Boksburg. The Samsung Centre in Boksburg told me that this is a grey product and is not registered in South Africa and therefore no warrantee for this product in South Africa. I have a printout from them. I then called FNB and informed them (a couple of numbers that appears on their website). They did not know for starters who to refer me to and I ended up with Ebucks. All this pain started in June and after a number of calls to the call center the phone was picked up in Pretoria on 10 July. 24 July, 13 Aug, 21 Aug and 27 Aug I called the Ebucks call centre and the response was all ways the same except on 27 Aug. The usual response was we are so sorry Mr. Howard. I have logged the service call again and it takes about 24 hrs for someone to call you back. On 27 aug the difference was after insisting that Thabo will call you in ten minutes. Thabo called in two minutes and promised to call back. Waited so long I supposed I can wait another couple of days, Where is Steve when you need him most?
