Ok, this is rather frustrating. I dont want to go to ABSA I just want someone to assist me with opening up a Bank Account for my daughter.
I sent an email via the Client Services on the website around 14 working days ago. I got a response saying due to the amount of emails coming in, my email will be replied as soon as it can be done.
So 14 working days later still nothing. There must be a problem, because in my time of banking with ABSA I have never had such bad service.
Wow come on guys.
Can someone let me know who or how do I get an email address for someone that can assist me so I dont have to go into a Branch.
Telephoning doesnt help either.
