REFUSING A PAYOUT AFTER PRIOR CONFIRMATION OF SUCH

I have a Nedgroup life Dream Maker Policy, which I wanted to cash out / cancel. I went to a Nedbank Branch in Highveld mall and the consultant helped me fill in the forms for the cancellation/surrender, as i NEED MY MONEY. I was advised it was going to take up to 10 days and yesterday, I received a text message from Nedgroup " DEAR CLIENT WE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF YOUR SURRENDER REQUEST, PLEASE BEAR WITH US AS THERE IS A SLIGHT DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST"...
And today, I called them to find out when will the payout be? The response was " WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY YOU OUT, AS YOU HAVE MADE ONE PREVIOUS WITHDRAWAL IN 2012"...
Now, the consultant at the branch said "IT WAS POSSIBLE TO ME TO GET MY MONEY UPON CANCELLATION OF THE POLICY"... NEDGROUP also confirmed this by the TEXT MESSAGE THEY SENT ME.. AND NOW, I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY??? NO!!!
It`s not my fault that they GAVE ME TWO CONFIRMATIONS BEFORE - COMING UP WITH THE THIRD STORY...
This is "Inconsistency and LACK of Product Knowledge and In ability to OWN UP to their MISTAKES...
I have already made plans for the R4800.00 owning to me!!!
