I received letter to infirm me that my monthly premiums has been increased by R125, I phoned and spoke to Mohammed and told him that I weren't happy. He then asked me to hold on while he let his computer do some calculations. He then came back with the good news that my premium will only increase by R5!! I was very impressed.
