Increase in Insurance premium

I received a letter from my Insurance Company advising me that my premium will be increased. I realised that the increase hike will cost me R149.82 which will really dent my pocket. I called the call centre and was assisted by a very competent and friendly gentleman called Marcel Collopen. He not only calmed me very professionally (as I was upset about the increase), but he also very charmingly reduced the amount. I now have an upgraded cover with only an increase of R13.17. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!! People really bending backwards to assist you in this very demanding and difficult ecomomy... some other Insurance companies can learn from this young chap and start helping their clients instead of spending money on huge TV ADS.
