ATM -Money Went Missing

Similar to the artical that Daily Sun had with regards to a ladies money going missing, same thing happned to my Wife a couple of months back, when she inserted her card into the Machine she was not requested to insert a Pin but her card went into the machine and a couple of seconds later an sms came to her phone saying R450 was withdrawn from her account and we complained to Capitec Bank and since have heard nothing from them with regards to the return of my wifes money.

they advertise all the best services but can not produce on those services to be honest and not coming back to my Wife as yet.
