Do not want to send out an Assesso

I have a Motor Warrentee with Innovation Group. I am experiencing tremendous battles with them just to get an assessor out to the RMI approved mechanic. They have ask me to do so much and once i have done this they are still not going to send anybody out to address this. I must say this warrentee plan is absolute not worth the paper it written on.
