We have the Homeright policy with The Unlimited. We successfully used it in the beginning of the year and were very happy with the service. (see my Compliment on Hellopeter earlier in the year!)

Our motorised gate started breaking at the beginning of the year as well. The repairman came out and fixed it, but the same problem occurred a little while later. Then he came out again and said that it was the track that was bent. Same problem a short time later. He came out again and tried something else. No luck.

Now the Unlimited says that they refuse to send him out another time, because the original problem has been solved. I've tried to explain via email and telephone that this is not the case. I've phone numerous times and each time a very friendly call centre agent says they will investigate and come back to me... and then they don't.

Please The Unlimited, get your act together faster! Phone me; send out someone who can actually solve my problem so that this annoyance can be out of my life.
