Querydoublecharge then rudely redirected to noone

I phoned the forex call centre quering my double charge for a forex transaction. I was attended to by Felicia who failed to explain to me the double charge. She told in lame terms 'deal with it' it is what it is. I asked to speak to her supervisor of which she redirected my call to noone and left me hold for over thirty min of which i had to cut off. If she doesnt have the skills to work in a call centre then she shouldnt. Patience, courtesy and knowledge of your products is very important. Please train your staff appropriately. I still need to understand why they double charged me.
