Useless bank. Funds disappearing out of my account

I have funds in your so called Investment Advantage that i need to use urgently (today)! and this morning when i log into Internet Banking I am met with a negative balance(-R69000) instead.??? Is this a credit account???!!! Absa fix this s now because i want to use my money right away!

No transaction records to show how this came about. This is rubbish.

Since you started sourcing cheap labor from India, you service is becoming worse. What an excuse of a bank. Just shut down already.

PS: I dont want a 'copy and paste' message that you always respond with. I want this sorted asap!
