No response to Numerous Urgent Emails

I have sent numerous emails to African Bank since Monday, 21 January 2013 and to every email address possible, but have yet to receive any response to any of them. The reason I'm emailing and not calling, was because I wanted my request on paper (record for my own purposes). It would have been nice if someone responded.
