Stamp not offered for NMB supplier database forms

I'm Landile. In the past 2 days I hav been visiting FNB in Greenacres with regards to Nelson Mandela Bay Supplier Database (NMBS) form, in this form there's a page that needed to be signed by the bank where it clearly states that section 5 is for financial details, they told me that, they are not allowed to sign that page as it not showing the emblem of Nelson Mandela Bay and they cannot confirm my annual turnover I told them "they've got nothing to do with my turnover", I went to Madiba Bay FNB and I was told the same story before Greenacres. I've tried to show the Admin manager the sections of the application form she didn't even look at it, as she was only sticking to the communication that they were given as not to sign that Nelson Mandela Bay Supplier Database page 5, that made me angry as I have noticed she dsn't have a clue of business documentation that I was carrying, and I have also asked for the Business consultants manager which they dn't hav. They even asked me to have an business advisor, I've asked them how am I going to have a business manager if my business account is still new? No one was able to answer me. If this is not sorted soon all my documents will will expire.
