Expiry Date hold up

Hi Peter

I bought my new specs with my rcs card and suddenly there is an expiring date which I was not aware of and its suppose to be at the back of my card but I do not have one Specsavers is trying very hard to get this done but it seems RCS wants to know what this expiring date is before they process my payment

I have tried to contact there offices wasted so much money waiting for more than half an hour on the line twice the phone just dies after that
I really need my specs
