Nedbank Home Loan Nightmare

I am just urging anyone wanting to apply for a Home Loan to rather stay away from Nedbank. No-one seems to know what they are doing in the Home Loans department and poor advise is given. When you follow the advise, you are still turned away like a complete. Even after we went out of our way to consolidate, settle and close accounts, we were still treated like hopeless beggars.

You get a letter from Home Loans stating you should call the number listed on the letter for any queries, you do that and they tell you that you can only speak to the branch and that they cannot access your home loan. Does Mr Droskie realise this??? You get declined, but then offered a credit card or better still, they upgraded my husbands credit card to platinum. The excuse is... each department is different!!! You get declined then told you can get 90% bond??? Hello, where would they like us to squeeze out R70k???
