African Bank
Wrong Settlement now no Refund on Balance

Good Day,
I was given a discount in my account if i paid within 6 working days. Then the company settling the account paid 1600 more. I then took it up with them and they told me that the amount they got from african Bank. I them called african bank and they told me that my refund would happen within 24 hours (Spoke to a Kenneth in the legal call center), its been 48 now and still no joy. I call and now they are giving stories. A Sithembiso Sithole is stating that since a third party paid the account they will not refund, if i paid this the they would give the refund. What is this?

Creditombud might be the only remedy here as i cannot be expected use my own lawyers to get remedies
