Our business went through a bad patch where we were struggling to find some work then we asked the bank and banker for business not to allow our card to be cancelled, yet they still cancelled it.
We also had problems with this same bank prior as they by charging us double for one transaction cutting our ability to use the account until it was sorted out and as such we lost some potential business which in turn allowed for them to now cancel my card because they and as such I suggest that anyone with the same problem as me leaves this bank so we can show our dissatisfaction.
I am tired of bad service and no assistance.
People always want money yet they don't listen.
