First National Bank
Settled Account still showing outstanding amount

I had a personal loan with FNB which was settled in 2011 but it is still showing an amount of R312 still outstanding. Last week Monday I phoned their complaints line to report this and a certain lady promised to come back to me with the resolution. Up until to date there is no one who has contacted me about this.
