Non-payment of Claim

My car is insured with Model Insurance since December 2012 and on 13 April 2013, I accidently colluded with cow since then Model Insurance has not paid the Panel Beaters so that I can get my car back. I have been trying to get hold of them but they don't give me solution and the keep telling me that Director of the company (Model Insurance) is not available. This is seriously frustrating to me because there is no clear direction as to when they are going to pay so that I can get my car.
