Treating a Customer Unfairly and shocking service

I am really unhappy with the service i have been receiving from your suppliers "Sanrose Autobody Midrand". I had an accident in December last year and guess what, my car has not yet been fully repaired its either i have to pull my hair out for a good service as i have to do numerous follow up's with them, drive to their premises for some assistance and updates.
For the price I am paying and the service i am getting from your suppliers is shocking and is not worth me staying as your customer and i thought that having an insurance is suppose to give me a peace of mind but on this case it only gave me stress and no peace at all.
