I received absolutely great service from Moloko regarding a home loan application she had received through a mortgage originator. She took the time to call and introduce herself as the consultant dealing with the application and from that first call, I felt like she was handling the application as her only priority. She was always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to give feedback on the progress.

It was refreshing dealing with her and I must say, her attitude really changed my opinion of Nedbank for the better.
