Can't help you from the Call Centre!!!

I re-invested and Optimumplus fixed deposit with Nedabnk Parklands in early April 2013. To date I have not received the Investment record via the post. I have just called the Call Centre as per instruction on my previous records which reads " should you require and further information about your investment ..., please don't hesitate to call the Nedbank Client Centre". I called - the reply - sorry can't help you, we do not keep record if it has been posted, nor can we track it"!!!
Being an OLD client since the NBS days - I give Nedbank 0 out of 10 for their service and helpfulness.!!!
