Hounded for prescibed debt

I have just received a final demand from your company regarding a so called JD Group debt. According to your letter I am in default of 20 days to your company.

Firstly this is the first time I have had any contact with your company.
Secondly the last time I head anything from the JD Group was in 2008.

According to the PRESCRIPTION ACT 68 OF 1969 this debt should have been prescribed and I therefore suggest you take the necessary action.

I would also appreciate it that you do not just arrive at my place of employment, especially since you have never had the decency to phone or email me as all my current contact details are available on ITC.

I trust you will resolve this matter ASAP!!!
