Bayport Is not a South African Comany

Under normal circumstances, All South African Companies understands when one of its clients becomes unemployed, even though the clients might be owing them BILLIONS of rands, they would give its client at least three months grace period before they can decide on the legal action, this is because of the fact that jobs in SA are not guaranteed, you might be employed today until 4.30pm, tomorrow morning at 7.30, you become unemployed, But with Bayport Financial Services, the world to them is upside down, they see things in different colors then any of us in this world, they rejoice very much when you lose your job, they just can't wait to ruin your life even further than the thought that you have just lost your job, they are the worst company.
I have a loan with them, in February 2012 I lost my job, I then went to their office on 19.03.2012, to report my incident, the following day on 20.03.2012, they loaded a negative default status on my credit record to prevent me from getting any credit from any credit grantors, (very stupid)
According to the NCR of SA, they should have given me at least 20 working days grace period before loading a negative default on my name, but they not
