Refusal to pay claim

I took out insurance on 22OCTOBER 2012, it was my first car and the first time i took out insurance, i took out insurance to be able to feel safe and know that i was covered, as i understand all the insurance companies ask who will be the other driver of the vehicle and i told them that i will be my father. On 08JULY2013 i found that my car was from my work place i followed all the necessary steps i, claimed on 09JULY2013 as i was waiting for the case number from the police. Zunaid Bhana then contacted me and came to my work place and went home to see where the car packed at night, he told me that he will go process the claim if he is happy then they will pay out, evidently he wasnt happy. A few days later he contacted me and told me that the claim was rejected because my father was the regular driver not me, as i understand it, i was not covered, on my own cover.i asked for the recording from when i took out insurance he told me that he will put it on cd then i must go fetch it, how will i? the lady at the call centre said she will email it and never did. I sent out an email to Dispute resoulutions on 08July2013 i was told that they will get back to me within 5days and still nothing yet
