Deducting my money without permission

I have a problem with capitec. He deducts every single cent in my account. Yesterday the 13 August 2013 they deducted 1150 which was deposited in that account for my father's medical expenses I know I have a loan with them but we agreed that they deduct on the 20th of every month on FNB account not this one even if I was on arrears they didn't call and make arrangement. So I demand it back into my account.
