Fantastic Service

I have been with outsurance for almost 3 year. My ANNAUL instalments became too high. I spoke to Geraldine, who was so sympatric and really showed concern to MY NEEDS. She understood what I said and assured me that she would do her best to help me. Even thou I phoned and was rude, upset and angry because I have been paying outsurance for so long and now I can't afford such expensive insurance. She has dropped my instalments to suit my pocket.
