They do not understand their own policies and products including management, they even try and cover for each other. they do not even revert back to you follow up or try and salvage a situation. Management and staff do not care for their customers whether new or previous. They will show away business even if it should be approved and then charge you 5% above prime. Be very carefull before applying to them.
