I want to close the account... y are u sending me msgs...

I do not wanna speak to any consultants send me an email of all MY statements. i requested this a month ago and still havent received anything, i never received the letter that u supposedly sent me. i dnt get statements emailed to me but i get smses stating i owe u pple money!!! nd i requested for this account to be closed.

i refuse to go into a branch i do not have time. il make the payment in the account nd send an email for the stupid account to be closd!!! u are a bunch of!!!

AS PER MY LAST CONVERSATION I WILL MAKE A PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT QUOTED TO ME TELEPHONICALLY I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR CLOWNS!
